This policy is provided by Ulily, the developer of the Google Play application "Ulily" (referred to as "Ulily-You link Me", "we", "us", or "our").
We are committed to complying with data protection regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable privacy laws that grant users the right to request deletion of their personal data.
To request deletion of your Ulily account and associated data, please follow these steps:
Send an email from the address associated with your Ulily account to: batuladah@gmail.com
Use the exact subject line: Account Deletion Request to ensure proper handling
Clearly include your Ulily account ID or registered email address in the email body for identification purposes
Optionally specify if you would like to receive a confirmation of data deletion or if you have any special requests regarding specific data types
We will process your request and permanently delete your account and all related data within 5 business days of receiving a properly submitted request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is successfully completed.
For complex requests involving multiple data sources or legal compliance reviews, processing may take up to 30 days as permitted by applicable regulations.
When you request account deletion, the following categories of data will be permanently removed from our active systems and backups according to our data retention policies:
